These are our terms and conditions – we try to keep it simple.
Charges
The price displayed on the your confirmation letter is a total for your requested stay. Any meals, service or VAT (at the current rate) are included only if specified
The VAT charged is indicative based on the current rate of VAT, and the expected VAT treatment of the goods or services, and may change depending on the actual tax point of the invoice, and the VAT treatment of the goods and services purchased at that date.
Price lists for additional items, such as Restaurant meals and Room Service, are on display at relevant locations within the Hotel and are available on request.

Payment
You will be asked to provide a credit card (or debit card) at the time of the booking to secure your reservation. Where a deposit or full payment is required in advance, by booking you are authorising the debiting of the card provided.
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards (Mastercard and Visa) and Debit Cards( Visa / Delta and Visa / Electron) and euros in cash. We may be able to accept sterling cash by prior arrangement.
The guest must pay all outstanding charges on departure from the hotel.

Cancellation/ Non-Arrival
If you amend or cancel your booking cancellation or amendment charges may apply. Our cancellation and amendment terms can be found here. By making a reservation, you confirm that you agree to these conditions.

Arrival and Departure
Guests may arrive at the hotel at any time and rooms are made available as soon as possible, normally by 2 p.m. As we are a small hotel and specific rooms have been reserved by many guests, we aim to clean and prepare rooms according to guests’ known arrival times.
Our reception is staffed from 9 am unitl 8pm. Arrivals after 8pm will be attended to by waiting staff until they leave the hotel, usually around midnight. After this time instructions will be left for late arrivals in reception.
On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the hotel.
Outstanding payments due to the hotel can be made at reception between 9am and 8pm. If your departure time is outside these times, you must make prior payment arangements with reception during opening hours.

If you have a problem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the hotel management at the time to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay.
In the even more unlikely event that you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved fully, please submit details in writing as soon as possible to Customer Services, Hotel Molino del Santo, Bda Estación s/n, 29370 BENAOJAN, Málaga.

In 26 years of service, the very few problems we have experienced have been resolved amicably and we hope to coninue this pattern of business.
