• Reception : From the minute you arrive you’ll feel that you are in a special place. Our local English-speaking staff will make sure you are welcome immediately and do all they can to help you with anything that will improve your stay: extra pillows, special dietary requirements, information on any aspect of the area. Whatever you request, we’ll do our best

• Rooms: We have just eighteen rooms in total: they are all different, most with terraces and views of the unspoilt surroundings. We know you’ll find a favourite as each has been carefully designed to provide for your maximum comfort. 65% of resident guests return within two years. More information.

• Restaurant : During the season our restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will find local specialities, the best fresh produce and organic ingredients where possible. In the warmer months you will delight in eating on the riverside terraces and when it is cooler you will find a comfortable and colourful dining-room decorated with the works of local artists. • Bar and cafeteria : Snacks and drinks are available all day every day including our famous afternoon tea and home-made cakes. We are pleased that lots of local people come to Molino especially at weekends.

• Gardens and Pool : Molino has one of the very few heated pools in the area surrounded by terraces, mature plants and trees. A generous 15m by 8m, solar panels and a heat pump make the pool warm enough to swim in when many hotels in the area have not even filled theirs! You will find shady and sunny spaces throughout Molino: there is also a small shallow pool for little ones, a water garden and a pergola as well as more than enough sunbeds for everyone … all alongside a tumbling mountain stream.

• Lounge and library: For quieter moments, you will find a comfortable sitting area with sofas and tables. In the cooler months we light the log fire here. You can also see the large stone of the old milling process and a furze oven dating from Molino’s days as a bakery. We have a good range of fiction and reference books available for you to borrow in our library area and in reception. You may like to purchase recent fiction and guide books and maps as well as products such as local honey, cheese and sausages.

• Function room New for 2007 we have a 75 square metre room for meetings, exhibitions or other celebrations. The room, which has great views of the waterfall, can be fully furnished with tables and chairs and set up for all kinds of presentations or it can a totally empty space for whatever activity you would like to use it for.
