Our food is delicious

We use fresh, local ingredients in a creative way to serve you the best dishes in the area. Our restaurant is open to hotel residents as well as guests from outside the hotel and we attract many Spanish guests as well as other nationalities. Eating on our candlelit terrace in summer, lunch under the weeping willow tree, in our cosy dining room in winter will always be special. We offer many options from light meals to 8-course pairing menus and many variations in between. We serve gourmet barbecues on summer evenings and a Menu of the Month that changes to reflect the freshest seasonal produce. Our team of 8 is led by Alberto Guzman and Reme Palacios and enjoys a perfect balance of skill, knowledge and experience. We are very pleased that 70% of our wines are from Andalucía – and our selection is of the highest quality. Pauline and Victor are on hand to recommend the best wines in the area. We can also adapt dishes if you have any dietary requirements.


Start the day well

At the Molino del Santo hotel you will have a buffet in the mornings, where you will find a variety of cheeses, cold meats, breads, pastries, etc… and of course, everything you need for a proper English breakfast, with eggs, bacon and sausages. You should know that we love eggs more than anyone else. That’s why when you order some eggs at our breakfast we prepare them for you at the moment and the way you like them best. Grilled, soft-boiled, scrambled, hard-boiled…
